Cancellation Policy
At The Parlor on Ecusta, we strive to provide exceptional service to all our clients. To ensure that we can accommodate everyone effectively, we have established the following cancellation policy:
Cancellation Notice: We kindly ask that you provide at least 24 hours notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment. This allows us to offer the time slot to other clients who may be waiting for your appointment.
Late Cancellations: If you cancel your appointment with less that 24 hours notice, you may be subject to a cancellation fee. This fee will be 50% of the service cost for the appointment that was missed.
No-Show Policy: If you do not show up for your scheduled appointment and do not provide any prior notice, you will be charged the full price of the service scheduled.
Exceptions: We understand that emergencies and unforeseen circumstances can happen. If you have an emergency or special circumstance, please contact us, and we will do our best to accommodate your situation.
Payment of Fees: Any cancellation fees will be charged to the card on file or can be paid during your next visit.
